Και όχι απλά να μπείτε σε μια μπανιέρα γεμάτη μπύρα, όπως είναι πλέον δημοφιλές στην Τσεχία... Μιλάμε για κανονικό τρίψιμο με μπύρα, μασάζ με μπύρα στο κεφάλι, ακόμα και πεντικιούρ με προϊόντα μπύρας...



Που όλα αυτά; Μα στο Denver των ΗΠΑ. Λίγες μόνο μέρες πριν ξεκινήσει το Great American Beer Festival, ξενοδοχεία, μπαρ και εστιατόρια της πόλης “υιοθετούν” το φεστιβάλ και οργανώνουν πολλές παράλληλες εκδηλώσεις για τους μπυρολάτρεις επισκέπτες. Το ξενοδοχείο Ritz-Carlton μάλιστα, εκτός από κάποιες περισσότερο κλασσικές εκδηλώσεις του στυλ “Drink all you can handle” και “Meet the Brewer”, έρχεται να πρωτοτυπήσει με πακέτα spa ειδικά σχεδιασμένα για τους… “μπυροβολημένους”, με προϊόντα κατευθείαν από την τοπική Great Divide, (Samurai Ale και Yeti Imperial Stout)
Mile High Malt Scrub and Micro Brew Scalp Massage


“The spa uses two beers from nearby Great Divide Brewing Co. — Samurai Ale and Yeti Imperial Stout. Once you're naked, you go to the Vichy Experience Room, where you are hosed down and told the benefits of beeronthe body, not just in it. You help mix the Samuri beer into malt, and while mixing, you drink the rest of the bottle of beer. Then you get a full-body malt exfoliation scrub with the beer-malt mixture. Then your therapist opens a bottle of the Yeti, which is painted over your malty soft skin.
Then again with the Yeti, you get a shampoo and scalp massage, as you are wrapped in warm towels enjoying a cold beer. Then you get a hair rinse, then a full body rubdown using the foam of the Yeti beer mixed with moisturizers. Once that's done, you can go relax in the lounge and sip on some beer”.

Hops N' Honey Ultimate Pedicure


“Εmbracing notes of amber, caramel, oats and honey, this pedicure was created specifically for The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, located in one of the microbrew capitals of the world. This decadent pedicure starts with a scoop of "Hops N' Honey Me! Bath Ice Cream" to soften and nourish the feet. Then, legs and feet are exfoliated and a caramel foot mask is applied for hydration. A paraffin foot dip is also included before whipped milk and honey lotion is massaged into the feet and legs. Nails are polished as a finishing touch. As an extra indulgence, samplings of three microbrews or herbal teas are served to complete the experience. 75 minutes, $125”
