Νέο Φεστιβάλ :: ZEBF 2013 ( ZeeBra Extreme Beer Festival)

Question : do you guys like Russian Imperial Stout, Barley wine, Quads, Barrel aged beers, Sours, Extreme Hoppy beers and high alcohol percentages? Then ZEBF is the place to be.

We are trying to get 60 different extreme beers on this festival?
Beers like Russian Imperial Stouts, Barley Wines, Sours, Old Ales, Quadruples, Porters, IPA’s and any other beer that is pushing the limit within its style. Barrel aged stuff or even new beer styles. Beers from some of the best brewers on the planet.
We try not to compromise on taste and get you some of the best tasting beers of this moment.

Άλλο ένα πολύ ενδιαφέρον φεστιβάλ -τουλάχιστον όπως ακούγεται- θα πραγματοποιηθεί φέτος για πρώτη φορά στην Ολλανδία και συγκεκριμένα στο Kapelle.

στο De Vroone του Kapelle της Ολλανδίας

The Vroone can accommodate only a limited number of people.

Therefore tickets will be sold in advance. The price is € 25, -

For this € 25, - you get eight tokens, a festival booklet and a 15cl tasting glass. If you want you can buy more tokens for the price of € 1,50.

We think that this entry fee is reasonable, because there will be some very rare and expensive beers t...o taste from. To give an example; in November last year an American brewery made 3000 bottles of a superb, Russian Imperial Stout that has been aged on bourbon whiskey. This beer was sold for staggering price of $ 40, - a bottle. Nevertheless the entire batch was sold out in 10 minutes. Still we managed to secure this beer for this festival.

Tickets will be sold from 1st of March 2013 at 17:00 sharp.

Doors will close at 22:00

We are all silent for two minutes at 20:00 (The 4th of May is the day in the Netherlands that we stand still, and remember all the people, since World War II, who gave their lives for the freedom of others. We want therefore to respect the two minutes silence at 20:00 sharp. We ask everyone kindly to participate.)

We stop selling tokens at 21:00
We stop pouring at 21:30
We also stop opening new bottles
We cannot allow the drinking of brought beverages
There will be food for sale and other beverages beside beer
We think trading beers is fun
We think smoking should not be done inside
We ask all to respect the neighbors of the Vroone

Πάντως αποτελεί σίγουρα μια πρόκληση και μια προοπτική σαφώς φτηνότερη από το -ακριβό κατ' εμέ- Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 της Mikkeller που θα είναι τις ίδιες μέρες ( 3-4 Μαΐου 2013) !!
